I've only been in Toronto for a few weeks now. I haven't been around town much. School hasn't start either. So here I am thrusting myself with absolutely nothing to do. I;ve enrolled myself into a private school called SOLA (Schoola of Liberal Arts). It's a pretty small school. There isn't much activity in there. And it only starts on September 4th. I still have about a month and a half to go. Isn't that just a long time away?
Anyways, nothing much has happened. But I can tell it's all different now. For one thing. all my friends are out of touch with me. Most anyways. I seldom see them online because of the 12hour difference. Damn the time zone! By the way, if you've noticed, I've posted a new song on my playlist in Friendster and this blog. It's called "I'm good" bye Tony Laf. I know the "sCOTTY doesn't know anthem is kinda getting into your heads right now. That's why I thought It'd be great for a change. Tony Laf participated in the talent show "Britain's got talent" and reached the semi-final.His vocals is just magical. Man how I envy him.
Anyhow, I'm continuing this post because I connected offline the other day. Today is Sunday. It's a sunday night and I'm currently sitting in the livingroom surfing the net. My family just moved into this aprtment yesterday. The apartment, I have to say, is quite lavished. And it doesn't come at a high price either. At least it's a good deal compared to the prices of renting apartments in Singapore. Besides, this is a serviced apartment which has all the facilities u eer need. There's a 24-hour grocery store down the lobby, a salon, a gift shop, a library down the lobby, a golf course, 2 tennis court and 2 squash courts., and a swimming pool and a gym.
Anyways, no I haven't gotten my haircut and it's growing uncomfortably long. Can you believe it? I despise myown hair now. I think I look like a geek from the 70s with long and wavy hair if I let it grow. IF. And that will never happen! When I was young, I used to think that having a long hair is fun cos we got to play with it all the time. But then....yup. My opinion changed over the years.
